Information Concerning the Treatment of Personally Identifiable Information
(pursuant to Art 10 of Italian Law No. 675/96)

Pursuant to Law no. 675 of December 31, 1996 (Law on Personally Identifiable Information Protection), i3 srl (i3), in its capacity as controller of the processing is bound to provide you with some information regarding the purposes and modalities of the treatment of your personally identifiable information.

In this connection we hereby inform that i3 collects and processes the personally identifiable information voluntarily supplied by subjects interested in using the services available at i3net.it Web Site and purchasing the goods and services offered for which i3 acts as the web site owner and manager.

a) Purpose: the personally identifiable information will be processed and used in order to fulfil the order and provide the services required. Your data may be passed on to the courier and any other party involved in the various phases of the order fulfilment and delivery processes.
b) Treatment: The data processing will be carried out mostly by means of automatic and computerised instruments in compliance with confidentiality and safety provisions set forth by the law. The list of the names of such subjects is available at i3 registered office. By virtue of such communication the data may be processed also by companies having their registered office outside the EU.

The Required Data indicated in the registration process is necessary to establish a contractual relationship and the refusal to supply them prevents i3 and the Merchants from supplying the services and goods.

It is hereby pointed out that pursuant to the applicable regulations on the subject of personally identifiable information protection (Law 675/96) i3 can not processed "sensible data" (political, religious or philosophical opinions; health conditions; information concerning sexual life). This kind of data, therefore, SHALL NOT be communicated to i3 as they shall not be processed.

You may at any time examine, amend, erase or object the treatment of his data or however exercise all his rights pursuant to Article 13 of law no. 675/96 sending an E-mail request to i3.

The holder and controller of the submitted personally identifiable information is i3 srl, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of Italy, having its registered office in Rome, Viale Aldo Ballarin no. 4.

E-account Termination
You agree that i3 Srl, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password and e-account (or any part thereof), for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if i3 Srl believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with.
